What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no advertising. It does not set cookies for tracking and does not embed third-party fonts or analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and availability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
If you ask us for a quote
When you email us we receive your address, your message and whatever you choose to include — typically the location, the date and the size of the space. We use it to prepare a quote and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent contact information to anyone.
If you become a customer
For a rental or an installation we keep what the job requires: a service address, contact details, dates, and what equipment went where. We keep it as long as the business and tax records require, and no longer than that.
Your rights and how to reach us
Write to info@skeeterlaser.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live, the privacy law of your jurisdiction — Canadian federal and provincial law, a US state privacy act, the GDPR or another local regime — may give you additional rights, and we will honour a request made under them.
